Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you type into a form, use it to reply to you, and do not sell it.

What we collect

When you submit a brief, creator application or estimate request we receive the fields you filled in, the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser type (for abuse prevention). We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies or fingerprinting on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of the conversation. Submissions are emailed to info@fourcents.ca and stored on our server. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Sharing

Email is delivered through our mail provider. We do not share your details with creators, brands or other third parties without your agreement, except where required by law.

Retention and access

We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, then delete on request. Email info@fourcents.ca to access, correct or delete your information.
