Planning calculators
Built on commonly cited benchmark ranges so you can size a job before you talk to anyone. None of them are our rate card; a quote is specific to your brief.
Engagement rate calculator
Paste followers, average likes and comments. Get the rate, the tier, and where it sits against commonly cited bands.
Open →Influencer budget estimator
Mix creator tiers, posts and usage rights. See an illustrative campaign range in CAD before you brief anyone.
Open →Video production cost estimator
Shoot days, crew size, pre-production depth, motion graphics and versions. An honest range for planning, not a quote.
Open →How to use them
Start with the engagement rate calculator when you are looking at a specific creator: it tells you whether the audience is paying attention before you look at price. Move to the budget estimator when you are sizing a campaign: mix tiers, set posts per creator, and decide on usage rights, because rights are the line most first budgets miss. Use the video estimator when a piece of content needs a proper shoot rather than a creator's phone.
All three use commonly cited benchmark ranges rather than our rate card, so two people with the same inputs get the same answer regardless of who they end up hiring. That is deliberate. A quote from us is specific to a brief and usually narrower than the range shown here.
Are these your prices?
No. They are planning ranges built from commonly cited benchmarks. Every job we take is quoted on its own brief, with a fixed price and defined scope.
Do you store what I enter?
No. The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you submit the optional estimate form.
Can I get a number instead of a range?
Yes. Send a brief from any tool page or the contact page and we reply within one business day with questions, then a quote.
Tell us what you need to make.
A brief reply within one business day, from a person. No retainer required to start a conversation.
