Service 03 — Creator management

Management for creators, not just deals

We represent creators as talent: finding and negotiating brand deals, handling contracts and invoicing, protecting usage rights, and managing the admin side of being a working creator. This is the talent side of influencer work — if you're a brand looking to run a campaign, see our influencer marketing page instead.

  • Brand-deal opportunities sourced and screened on your behalf
  • Negotiated rates and contract terms for each deal
  • Invoicing and payment collection handled
  • A content and posting schedule you're not managing solo
  • Usage rights tracked so brands don't overuse content past what was agreed
  • A media kit and audience analytics presented in a form brands can use

What we handle for creators

We work as the business side of a creator's brand-deal activity. That means sourcing inbound and outbound brand opportunities, screening them for fit and legitimacy before you spend time on a call, and negotiating rate and terms on your behalf. Once a deal is agreed, we draft or review the contract, track deliverables and deadlines, and handle invoicing and following up on payment — the parts of the work that take time away from actually making content.

  • Brand-deal sourcing: inbound requests screened, outbound opportunities pursued where it makes sense
  • Rate negotiation based on your audience, engagement, and deliverable complexity
  • Contract drafting and review, including usage rights and exclusivity terms
  • Invoicing and payment collection follow-up

The goal is to let you spend your time making content and building your audience, while the negotiation, paperwork, and follow-up that comes with a growing brand-deal roster gets handled consistently, rather than squeezed in around content days or missed entirely when things get busy.

This works for creators already fielding regular inbound brand interest as well as creators who have brand-deal potential but haven't had the time or process to pursue it. In both cases, the starting point is the same: understanding your current audience, content style, and past deal history before pursuing anything new on your behalf.

Rate cards and positioning

We help build a rate card that reflects your actual audience and content type — not a generic tier-based number pulled from a follower count alone. Rate cards factor in engagement quality, content format (a produced video versus a single post), usage rights requested, and exclusivity. This gives you a consistent starting point for negotiation instead of pricing each deal from scratch.

A rate card isn't fixed once built — it's reviewed as your audience, content quality, and negotiating position change. Deals that request broader usage rights, longer exclusivity windows, or paid-amplification rights are priced differently from a single organic post, and the rate card reflects that distinction so pricing conversations start from a documented reference point rather than a guess.

We also position you honestly with brands: your actual audience size, engagement patterns, and content strengths, not an inflated pitch that sets expectations a first deliverable can't meet. Overselling a creator to a brand tends to damage the relationship for the next deal, not just the current one.

Having a documented rate card also changes the tone of a negotiation. Instead of settling on a number under time pressure during a brand call, we negotiate from a reference point built off your actual history and audience data, and adjust from there based on the specifics of each individual deal.

Scheduling and usage-rights protection

Managing multiple brand deals at once means tracking overlapping deadlines, exclusivity windows, and posting schedules so nothing conflicts. We also track usage rights per deal — how long a brand can use your content, on which channels, and whether it covers paid amplification — and flag it when a brand's use goes beyond what was contracted.

  • Deadline and posting-schedule tracking across active deals
  • Exclusivity-window tracking to avoid conflicting brand commitments
  • Usage-rights monitoring per contract, with follow-up when terms are exceeded

Usage-rights disputes are one of the more common friction points between creators and brands, usually not out of bad faith but because verbal understandings drift from what was actually signed. Having the terms documented and monitored means a conversation about extended use starts from the contract, not from memory.

Exclusivity conflicts are another common issue when a creator is juggling several relationships without a shared calendar. A skincare exclusivity clause with one brand can quietly rule out a deal with a competing brand months later if it isn't tracked centrally — we hold that calendar so a new opportunity gets checked against existing commitments before you say yes.

Media kit, analytics, and long-term partnerships

We put together a media kit that presents your audience data, past brand work (where you have usage rights to reference it), and content examples in a format brands can quickly evaluate. Audience analytics are pulled from platform-provided data and presented clearly rather than reformatted with invented benchmarks.

A media kit is one of the first things a brand's marketing team looks at when deciding whether to reach out, and an outdated or generic one can quietly cost you deals before a conversation even starts. We keep it current as your audience and content evolve, rather than treating it as a one-time asset.

Where a single campaign turns into an ongoing relationship, we manage the renewal conversation, updated rates, and any change in scope or exclusivity that comes with a longer-term arrangement, rather than treating every renewal as a fresh negotiation from zero. Long-term partnerships are often where the more stable, predictable income in creator work comes from, and getting the terms right on renewal matters as much as the original deal.

Working with managed creators (for brands), and what we don't do

If you're a brand approaching a creator we manage, deal terms, scheduling, and contracts go through us on the creator's behalf. This generally means faster response times and clearer terms upfront, since rate, availability, and usage-rights positions are already established rather than negotiated fresh each time. It also means a single point of contact for scheduling and approvals, rather than chasing a creator directly around their own content and shoot commitments.

We don't guarantee a volume of brand deals — deal flow depends on your niche, audience, and market demand, and we won't promise numbers we can't control. We also don't run or promise follower-growth schemes; growing an audience through content and consistency is the creator's work, and any service claiming to guarantee follower growth should be treated with caution.

  • No guaranteed number or frequency of brand deals
  • No follower-growth schemes or growth guarantees
  • No pay-for-engagement or artificial audience tactics

What changes the scope

Honest cost drivers

  • Your current audience size and content niche
  • Number of active brand deals at once

  • Volume of invoicing and contract work per month
  • Whether long-term/exclusive brand partnerships are involved
Questions

Asked before signing

Do you guarantee a certain number of brand deals?

No. Deal flow depends on your niche, audience, and market demand — we won't promise a number we don't control. We do commit to screening and pursuing opportunities actively.

Will you help me grow my following?

We don't run follower-growth schemes. Growing your audience through content is your work; we support the business side around it.

How do you set my rate?

From your audience size, engagement quality, content format, and the usage rights a brand is requesting — not a generic follower-count formula.

What happens if a brand uses my content beyond what we agreed?

We track usage rights per contract and follow up with the brand when use exceeds the agreed terms.

Can I still say no to a deal you bring me?

Yes. We screen and negotiate, but the decision to take a deal is always yours.

Do you take a cut of my deals?

Fee structures are discussed and agreed directly with you before we start working together — this isn't something we publish generically since it depends on scope.

What's the difference between this and influencer marketing?

This is talent-side: we represent and manage creators. Influencer marketing is brand-side, where we run campaigns for brands hiring creators. See our influencer marketing page for that.
