About Four Cents Media
Four Cents Media is a small creator content and micro-influencer agency. We commission nano, micro and mid-tier creators to make video for brands, we own that content before we grant it on, and we sell it at one fixed price. It is the media division of Four Cents, a software studio that has built products for clients for more than twenty years. The media division is new. The company behind it is not.
What we actually are
The plainest description is a principal, not a middleman. A brand tells us what it sells and what it can spend. We plan the content, choose the creators, offer each of them a fee in writing, commission the work under a published creator agreement, check what comes back against the brief, and deliver finished assets under our terms of supply. The brand buys one thing at one price. The creator is paid by us, on our timetable, within seven days of the work being approved.
That is different from a marketplace, where you browse profiles and negotiate with each person yourself, and different from an agent, who represents creators and takes a commission on their deals. We do neither. We are closer to a small production company whose crew happens to be independent creators filming in their own homes, with their own audiences available as a separately priced extra.
How an engagement works
The short version is brief, plan, agree, make, report. The long version, with what you receive at each step, is on how we work. The parts that matter most:
- A plan is free. You send a brief. A person reads it and comes back with named creators, what each would make, and an honest answer about whether the budget is enough. There is no charge and no obligation.
- Prices are published. Content packages are fixed from $1,250 for six assets. A creator posting to their own audience is a separate line, quoted per creator. The margin between what the brand pays and what creators are paid is ours, and we say what it is if asked.
- Every creator is checked by a person. Nine checks, published in full at the verification standard, before anyone reaches a plan. Brands are checked too, because a creator taking a job deserves to know the client is real and the budget is confirmed.
- The rights are clean. Every commissioned asset comes with a written copyright assignment from the creator, cleared audio, and perpetual digital usage for the brand. That is the whole reason a fixed price is possible.
Who it is for
Startups and small and mid-sized businesses that need creator video for their own ad accounts, product pages and social channels, and that cannot get a serious agency to return a call at their budget. For most small brands a first package costs between $1,250 and $3,200. We work in the nano, micro and mid tiers on purpose, because that is where a small budget buys something real, and because those creators are badly served by platforms that treat them as inventory.
It is also for creators with roughly 1,000 to 500,000 followers who want paid, contracted work with the fee stated before they start. Applying to the roster is free and commits nobody to anything. It is not a promise of work: we commission creators when a brief needs them, and we say that plainly rather than letting anyone build plans around it.
Why a software studio started a media division
Clients kept asking the same question after we shipped their apps and platforms: who makes the launch video, who finds the creators, who turns this into content people will actually watch. We had been doing pieces of that work alongside product builds for years. Four Cents Media makes it a proper practice with its own process, contracts and pricing.
The history shows up in three places. Measurement is native: tracking links, dashboards and conversion reporting are things we build rather than outsource. Contracts are taken seriously: twenty years of software engagements means usage rights, deliverable definitions and payment terms are written properly, and both the creator agreement and the terms of supply are published in full rather than sent on request. And content connects to the product: if a campaign needs a landing page, a referral code system or a CRM integration, the same company can build it.
Record, stated honestly
Four Cents has delivered 350+ projects and holds a 4.9 average across 300+ five-star client reviews. Those numbers belong to the parent studio and its software work. We show them because they describe how we run engagements, not because they are media results. Four Cents Media will publish its own case studies as clients agree to be named, and not before. The roster count on the roster page is read from our own records when the site is built and is currently small, which the site says openly rather than hiding.
What we will not do
- Invent case studies, results, follower numbers or roster counts.
- Sell follower growth, engagement pods or bought reviews.
- Run undisclosed sponsored content. Every paid post carries the disclosure the platform and the advertising rules require.
- Charge creators to apply, to be listed, or to be considered.
- Promise a creator work, or promise a brand results.
- Put a trending in-app sound on an asset that will run as an advert. Licensed library music or original voiceover only.
- Quote a price and add to it later. Anything outside the written scope is quoted before it is done.
